No cheers for Steers with such despicable service!!!!!

I looked forward to a great lunch, (had one there last week) but the product was totally disgusting. The beef is not beef, the chips was diseased (I have the pics to prove it and the packaging and burger was smattered with sauce.

Totally despicable and downright disappointing

Added to that, some Steers branches are serving sorbet and not real ice-cream( Promenade) Can't believe that Steers will allow their brand to be dragged into the mud and face a backlash because the staff and management does not care!!!
