No burger on my Burger

I ordered 2 Rave Snack Burgers at Steers in Parktown Convenience Centre. When i bit into them there was nothing on the burger. Just sauce and no patty. I checked the second burger and it was the same, just sauce and no patty. Please can someone explain to me how you forget the patty on the burger. Its a basic burger. Sauce and a patty. Pathetic.
