No assistance after card ****** and used at that store

On Friday night at 7:55pm I was actually at debonairs in springfield durban next to steers. While waiting for my order at debonairs I saw an sms on my phone for a order going off at steers. 3ninutes later another purchase was made at engine garage also near debonairs. I quickly rushed to steers and informed the cashiers that someone has ****** my card and purchased for R109 order. Fortunately the order had not yet been collected...

According to the cashiers it was a known car guard who usually uses different cards to purchase at that store. They said they asked him about the card since it was written Mrs and he said that he was sent by the owner of the card.

Long story short... A Confrontation broke out between myself and the car guard and he returned my card. I asked the cashiers why they accepted the purchase because they knew the card did not belong to him.

They just looked at me and didn't answer. Nobody bothered to apologize or even try to assist with a refund seeing that it was also a fault on their side.I had to walk out with food I did not order plus my pizza from next door..

I have no problem with steers but on that specific day i was extremely disappointed that no one even attempted to assist me.
