No apology from gezina steers

Steers Gezina, I bought 2xwacky meals with chips, only to realize they did not pack the chips when I got home, the following day I went there, they gave me a new packet of chips.

What shocked me was the level of attitude I got, I feel like they should have atleast apologized instead of looking at me like *********
