NEWLY OPENED STEERS IN QUEENSWOOD QUARTER DISAPPOINTS

The Steers in Queenswood Quarter has utterly disappointed me. The food was cold and the drinks were hot, there was bad hygiene present and the staff was untrained, rude and arrogant. We waited almost 40 minutes for our food and the resturant was not even busy.

There was breadcrums, sause and other ingredients lying on the floor for all to see, and when the Health & Safety Certificate was enquired about, the (what I assume) manager said it was in the office, when according to relevant legislation, it should be displayed in a manner that all prospective clients can see the current status of the resturant.

This is not the standard that is expected from Steers, and especially a newly opened Steers.
