Never will I ever go back!!!!!!!!

I have had the same awful service from 3 different Steers now, Newlands West, Springfield Park and Westville Mall. Springfield Park took the tart. The store was supper busy, with no Covid Protocols being followed, including the guy preparing the food at the back, i waiting for 1 hour and to 5 people who came after me had been served before me, i'm not sure if that was a race thing ( but this has been the case at other stores as well.) Black patrons seem to get preferential service. When i complained a lady takes my slip to the back and they basically throw the food together in a hot mess. No sauce, rolls squashed, untidy food. The lady serving me actually felt bad and changed the rolls for me, as she saw I was upset. I had no choice to take the food as my family were starving. Newlands west store was a similar story, when i complained nothing was done. Westville mall store , they plain forgot to make my order and my entire office placed and order and had to wait 1.5 hours for the food. Disgraceful behaviour! These people have jobs and they treat us loyal supports to the business so rudely and badly. #neverwillievergoback
