Never order online from Steers Grahamstown

We ordered online from Steers in Grahamstown on Saturday evening. What a disgrace!. Almost an hour and a half later my husband had to drive to go and try and get our food! The food was sitting in the rack and no attempt had been made to dispatch it. The excuse was that they were extremely busy but as my husband pointed out there were four delivery bikes standing outside, only three orders on the rack, 1 couple who had come to order and four ladies behind the till with only two in the kitchen. The one lady at the till was also quite rude until she realised that my husband could understand every word she said.😡
