never order at steers

So I placed an order at 11:28 and was told delivery will take 45 minutes, its 13:09 and I am still waiting on the food. When I called to inquire I was told that I just need to be patient or I can cancel the order and find food somewhere else. My lunch is over and I haven't eaten anything.

I've never experience this appalling service from steers and i'm so disappointed and I will definitely advise my family and friends to get food somewhere else as I was rudely told by the manager of the store.
