Never going back to Steers Engen Queensburgh

Giving a 3 star rating as I'm not disappointed by all the branches, just one. I am normally a huge fan of Steers, but after my last 2 purchases from Steers Engen Queensburgh being late and ice cold (and the chips on the last order being so oily that I couldn't eat them), I will never buy from them again. Especially now that my complaint is completely being ignored. No compensation offered at all. Been more than a week since my oringial complaint went in, I eventually got a call to say the manager was sorry and it won't happen again. But no compensation was offered as I had previously experienced. And when I contacted support to ask if this was the new norm, the store is now just completely ignoring me. #unimpressedcustomer #nevergoingback
