Never again am I ordering food at Steers Lichtenburg

I was brought up and taught that everyone in life deserves a second chance. End of May I have ordered food on the Steers App for delivery at my home. After I have waited for more than an hour for my food I called the business and the lady whom answered the phone promised to call me back and when she did she promised that my food was on the way. It was the worst quality food that I have ever gotten from them as my burgers were still raw. Yesterday I have decided that its time for their second chance and once again I have ordered a online special on their Steers app for delivery at my home. Again after an hour I have not received my food and decided to go to their store. Upon my arrival I was surprised that they have not yet even started with my order and their excuse was that there were a mix up. The manager was called and till now I haven't spoken to the manager as the manager has not bothered to speak to me. A personnel working there tried to help me by completing my order only to get it wrong. I have not even been refunded the R15 delivery fee as I have collected my food. It is now the second time that I have experienced this pathetic service and sorry is not good enough for me anymore. I had enough and wont bother to support them again!
