Need My Refund ***5

I ordered on the App with Steers Trade Route mall, they accepted my order and my bank account was debited. then after 2 mins they called and advised that they dont deliver in my area and i will get my money shortly. Its now day 3 no refund, I called them yesterday to enquire when im receiving my money an why did they accept the order knowing very well they dont cater for my area. they said i will get my money this morning, nothing in my account, i placed the order on the 13th may 2020
