Nay for Steers The Zone Rosebank

This is to report the bad service I got from Steers in Rosebank on the 8th November 2017, I placed an order at 11:37 and at 13:44 and I still had not received my order, I called 3 times and they have not given me a valid reason for this and not giving me solutions. I am very disappointed at the services that shop renders, several times I have placed an order with them and it takes forever, I always have to call them to find out what is happening with my order.
