naked beef burger

I ordered my food via Mr D at Steers Bedford Centre, i only request no Tomato to be added but the burger only had the patty, gerkins, the bacon slice i requested as an additional and the BBQ sauce. The burger didn't have lettuce and unions, no cutlery as per my request, no salts were added to season my fries and the food was cold. Are you taking advantage or its your pure utter bad service
