my order was so wrong !!!!

I recently ordered a grilled chicken burger at steers in which I requested for the the chicken breast to be spicy marinade with bacon when I got my burger there was no marinade on the breast the chicken was dry and no sauce was even added to the burger. This is terrible service and I will honestly never make use of this restaurant chain again
