Mould in my bread

Hello Peter I am soooo disappointed in the service that I have just experienced at Steers Musgrave centre today, I just requested for a toasted sandwish with a petty and they have packed a cheese sandwich for me, over and above that the bread is rotten with a mould, I have taken pictures for this, I feel that the standard of service is dropping drastically in South Africa and I don't know what the Food inspectors check when they visit such establishments, Steers is a long standing brand as per my knowledge and was famous for its juicy and saucy burgers but today Steers has turned into something for which I cant find a description, I will want Steers to correct their image by delivering to their promise again and training the staff to understand what this brand stands for, I need my money back in 24hours , Thank you
