Most Shocking Service I have ever received

Placed an order to be delivered was told it would arrive in 30-35 minutes. I waited for an hour and there was still no delivery. I call in to ask and was told that the driver has left so they are sure he'll be there soon to which I asked if they couldn't give me his number so that I could call to find out where he is. They said they would find out for me. 15 minutes later, I still hadn't received my food or a call to say what was happening. So I called in again to find out what was going on and was told (after being kept on hold for ages) that the driver would be 15 minutes. -- this would make a simple steers order take 1 hour and 30 minutes to be delivered! I then found out that my order was actually only put through 25 minutes after I had placed the order! ... I did not receive the food and received the comment \well I told you we were busy". Absolutely shocking. I have never received such poor service and this is coming from someone that rarely ever complains and would have given a fast food restaurant so much room for error"""
