Steers Kromboom Road - Such apathetic service. My son placed an online on order @ 17h27 on 05 May 2020. Order no. ***5. He paid online, the money was in Steers bank account. That night of the 5th no delivery was made, despite my son waiting to have supper until 10pm. He then contacted them a few days after and they promised to deliver in the ff week. He then spoke to Zakiriaah, he did nothing. On the 12 May 2020 I phoned Allen Mhlanga and explained the situation, requesting him to please deliver or reimburse my son. Mr Mhlanga despite promising me that he will phone me to give feedback, he also did nothing. I phoned Allen on *** and he does not answer. What a pathetic service, I want the cyber world to know that they should avoid this branch of Steers. Do not what else to do to resolve.
