More than one hour waiting for an order from Steers Braamfontein! Disgusted!

I placed an order on the app at 12.35pm from the Braamfontein store. I called at 13.09pm to enquire where my order was. Staff member told me driver has left and is on his way he will call me when he is outside. I call back at exactly 13.35pm being an hour since I ordered and request for manager just for her to tell me the same story!!!! Telling me that the store is busy is not any clients concern. Secondly the app allows one to track the order but in this case it could not be done. Steers Braamfontein need to consider their lack of good customer service. One bad experience will surely never make me return, nor will I recommend my colleagues to make any purchases especially when the manager herself has a poor explanation for why my lunch order is late! Absolutely frustrated!
