Money ******* by Steers Phillip Nel

I bought meals last week Thursday at Sterrs Phillip Nel. 3 original King Steer Burger meals as well as a mini King Steer burger with an upsize to medium chips. On delivery the mini steer burger of R49.00, the burger was falling apart to pieces, it looked like it was prepared 3 hrs before, it was so soft and cold. The cold part goes to all meals. How can a meal be that cold upon delivery? On top of that I paid extra to get medium chips and they delivered small chips. I called them to Complain same night. The lady said she registered my complaint and I will be called back, nothing happened. On Saturday I called them to make a follow up. The lady said she will also register my Complaint. Even today my complaint is not resolved and I didn receive a call from anyone representing Steers. I paid extra money for chips I didn't get. I want a refund for the whole meal. I am not gonna allow Steers to rip me off my money!!
