Mold on Food!

Steers!

My husband ordered a family meal from Steers Walker Drive, Port Elizabeth last week Wednesday, only to find mold on it. Absolutely disgusting!

We inboxed Steers, send them the photographic proof and were told someone would be in touch. Two days go by and nothing, so I inboxed them again and got a ****y response about how they have 24 to 48 hours turnaround time...well darling, 48 hours are up!

They then apologised and said someone would again be in touch. It has now been 4 days and no one has contacted us.

Steers has made it blatantly clear that they do not value their clients.

Shocking food and even more shocking service!
