Missing order and Rotten food.

I am very Disgusted and Disappointed with Steers Polokwane Cycad centre. I ordered 5 burgers only 4 was delivered and when I tried to phone them their line is busy, I tried to phone more than 20 times how can their phone not work once. There was no way to get hold of them. On top of that I paid R1.90 extra to add lettuce to our burgers they were all rotten soggy and brown. I had to remove the lettuce I paid extra for. I have photos.
