Missing food items

I'm really disappointed with my recent order. I specifically ordered meals that were supposed to come with chips, but when I received my food, the chips were missing. It’s frustrating that the order wasn’t packed properly, especially since I paid a premium for meals that should have included them. It feels like I paid for something I didn’t receive.
