Missing delivery

I am very unhappy with the delivery services of steers situated in Medwood, on the 1st of September I ordered to be delivered to my work place, left specific delivery instructions on where and with whom it should be left, the delivery person called me and did not follow instructions and there after left with my order and when I call the number provided for the business no one answers, I want a full refund of the amount I was charged for the order. This is a horrible business practice if it's a norm but please refund me the amount charged.
