45 minutes to receive an order

Yesterday I went to Steers and placed my order at 15:02 pm. We sat patiently and waited for our food. However after half an hour of waiting and then noticing that people that placed orders after us had received their orders we started to wonder why. We approached the counter only for the cashier to say oh we didn't process your order. Thereafter he says the order will be ready in 3 minutes. After three minutes passes the manager who is standing there doesn't even notice we are angry. Eventually she does once I raise my voice. She proceeds to yell at her staff who are now in a hurry to make the food. All in all it took 45 minutes before we got our meal. The service is **********, the staff don't even apologize and the manager didn't even offer to reimburse us for our order after wasting almost an hour there. Absolutely pathetic service. I will never order at your establishment again.
