Mimicking customer and laughing in my face so disapointed.

Went there to purchase coffie to be specific (chocolate mocha) how ever the employee Pieterse Jayrodene and so called trainee just mimic every word and burst in laughter...is this how customers are treated? Funny enough most staff just kept laughing instead of informing me they just sell filter coffie. Im very disapointed on their service and wish they can get proper training seeing customer service is out of question in that branch.
