Mega charcoaled ribster burger

On the 27th December I purchased a mega ribster burger at steers silverstar casino, and was served a rib that was burnt. I don't know how a chef feels that it is right giving a paying client a charcoaled rib. I wont forget that steers sold me a charcoaled burger on my birthday, the sad part is that my family really loves steers.
