Mediocre service

Unprofessional service received at this store ordered online on the 26th of November 2019 it took the store 2 hours 30mins to deliver the food and I requested a refund as the person that was supposed to get the food was no longer interested in the food called the store spoke to lady called Mpumi she said she will call me when in 5mins waited another 2 hours called store again spoke to the manager Michael I think and he advised that he will call me as well after 5mins till today he hasn't called me back and I was promised that I will get a refund by Thursday till today I have not received anything from the store not even communication to keep me updated. And The same I had an incident with in September when he gave me a wrong till slip to claim work from as the slip was showing zero value on the total and the time I ordered at and the one on the slip was two different times and I couldn't use that till slip as my company would deem it as *****. I believe that was my last time being a customer to steers cause clearly the staff don't go any form of training on how to treat customers
