Mediocre Service

Steers at Protea Glen Mall has by far the most pathetic service I have encountered. Firstly the lady who I was placing my order with left my card so greasy I had to ask 4 a serviette 2 wipe it clean. I placed my order then went to get a drink. On my return the staff was just waiting chatting away with an order in site. But cause I ordered ribs and chicken about 5mins back, I doubted it would be my order. Then 2 more orders were put on the shelf. After about 20mins the guy sahouted 138 and I was 135. I got up and asked what about my order? The guy gave me such an attitude telling me "I only call out orders 1s and if you don't answer its not my business cause we busy", then had the nerve to turn his back on me and ignored me as I was calling him back. Shook as I was I didnt even bother to ask for management. This kind of service is one given to other black folks all the time. I mean the lady on the phone was even picking her nose as I was waiting 4 crying out loud. I bet this kind of service would not have happened if I was white or in the surbaban areas. I love Steers but they can miss me at that mediocre store. Their service is below what I'm used to from the brand.
