MAPONYA STEERS DELIVERY

So today, 23rd September 2024 around 4pm, I placed an online order with Steers-MAPONYA MALL. I ordered a steers king burger meal. I opted to pay with the card on delivery as the App didn't want to load my banking details, mind you I have ordered with KFC, Chicken Licken, Checkers60sixty and Pick n Pay ASAP, so I know what I am doing. I then receive a phone call from the driver asking me for directions to my place, I gladly oblige and give the directions. He tells me my order is on the way already. I am excited with this. I was busy tracking on the App the whole process. I normally do that so that I can wait for the drivers outside already when they come. I get the notification of arrival, I go outside and there's no one. I waited outside for about 15 minutes. Next thing I see on the app is that my food has been delivered but I am still waiting.

I reality, Steers-Debonairs MAPONYA is terrible at this. Last time I ordered Pizzas and they arrived 2hrs later with the driver lying about his whereabouts and the call center lady refusing to assist. I'm done. I don't think I will be ordering even in person from these two food outlets. I will continue with my Burger King and McDonald's for burgers.
