Maponya mall Steers stole my money

Maponya mall Steers took my order via the app on the 30March2022 at 17h40 and never delivered . I had to patiently wait till they closed at 20h30. During that period i called *** to ask where is my order. No one answered . The restaurant ****** me of R310. Their head office customer care wont refund me and they say the store must my refund me . Their agents are rude at customer care ***. I was told they dont know when a refund will be made and why no ne has called me.The store cant be reached . I am so angry and i regret ever buying from steers. I did not get my order and no one cares . Thats my hard earned money that they stole . Township service is the worst.It is poor. I am so dissppointed .I am going to report them to consumer rights . Steers maponya mall you stole my money and i am coming after you. I want my refund case ***g0b9d6.
