Mankwe Steers Service

The service at the Mankwe Steers is not up to a customers expectation. On 2024/06/27 we placed an order at 12:20 for our order to only arrive at 14:20 after we made numerous calls to find out what the delays is about.

Today 2024/06/28 we placed an order at 10:00 and at 12:23 when we call again we are told that the order is on their system but they can’t process it. Two days in a row and the service is getting worse by the day. I will never recommend or use the store or any of the franchise stores again because customer service is a foreign term to them.
