Managers customer service

So apaulled by the service from the "manager", Obakeng from Steers, Thorntree Soshanguve. No telephone etiquette at all. They delivered an incorrect order, he then calls me and tells me that he was told to contact me by the call center and he doesn't know why.. Wow, OK that was done and the correct order was delivered, eventually, 30mins later. The manager again calls me and tells me he just received my order back and according to him there's nothing wrong. I told him those burgers were singles instead of doubles, and I checked and opened every single one on them! Manager then decides that he's going to drop the call in my ear! So much for customer service and making things right with the customer! Even when the staff calls to confirm the address, they don't have telephone etiquettes at all!
