Manager refuse to rectify bad service

Visited Steers Kuilsriver and order their quarter chicken and chips and we wanted leg & thigh. My wife were told by the person behind the counter that he cannot give her all leg & thigh. She then asked why and he told her it is not possible as they must give her different pieces. I then ask why as this is not KFC when you by a streetwise 5 you can request only certain pieces. I then asked for the managers number and she was present and came to speak to us. She then explained that the reason was because they only have 2 leg and thigh and another piece. Why didn't the person explained that to us. The manager walked away without sorting it our so I said cancel the order and it seemed they were too happy to cancel it. While standing next to another customer he mentioned that it happened to him as well where he was refused 2 of the same pieces of chicken. Bad management and service I will not buy from them again.
