Mabopane Square Please Refund.

On the 17th September I placed an order online, used a voucher of R200 to pay. The store switched off the online system. My order didn't go through but didn't refund my voucher as it was already accepted. The manager said it will be refunded automatically but it has not. Kindly refund my voucher.
