Lying cook at Steers could have caused harm.

My order number 208 dated 17/02/22, I ordered a simple combo of King Steer Bacon Burger and specifically requested that there be no onions and tomatoes. After the order was ready and I collected. I asked the cashier if that specifically instruction was communicated. To which she confirmed that she indeed made it clear. She then went back to specifically ask the chef if that instructions was executed. And with full confidence the chef/ cook said "there is no onions on the burger". Now I leave to continue with my journey ONLY to find that the cook **** about not having included onions and tomatoes. Now what concerns angers me is the blatant lie by the cook, not knowing whether this was a health concern or not. But the mere fact that the request was put & for her to lie truly makes me angry. It wouldn't have been much of an issue had she not **** as I would have assumed that it could have been an error. But the opportunity to correct that error was given but she choose to lie.
