Lousy quarter chicken and chips, steers

I bought two quarter chicken and chips with barbecue sauce earlier this month only to come home and find out that the sauce was added to the chicken after it was grilled, not prior or during the grilling process. The sauce needs infuse into the chicken, the chicken was tasteless. They called me on the 13th of July 2025 to ask me what happened to the chicken, I explained my story. they said okay, they'll check on the system which day I placed the order and a few minutes later they call me back and they cannot find my order on the system and that was that! No action wastaken from their part to make the customer happy they just apologized for the chicken and that was it. do not buy grilled chicken or grilled ribs from Steers Malvern again because they lack good customer service over the phone. there is no pride in the way they prepare the meals... Thoroughly disappointing!
