LOST CELL PHONE IN SHOP

was in Steers on Saturday 22/08/2015 morning past 4, i ordered two regular chips, i took the money out of my phone pouch and put the money back into the pouch, i placed my phone on the counter while i was busy adding sous to my chips, i lost my phone in the shop and in my phone pouch was my bank card and my money with the amount of R350. i was booked in at the back packers which is a block away from steers i realised the time i got to my room i forgot my phone in the shop. i ran back to the store ask the casher if she did not saw my phone with a guilty face she said no. i asked for the manager the supervisor came out due to manager was off duty. the supervisor told me he cannot show me the footage to see who took my phone because the owner who Niel locked the room where the monitor is etc. the next day i went back to the store to go speak to the owner he was not at the store but the supervisor who assist me manage to get him on the line, Niel told me that the cameras are not recording due to lack of saving space i was suppose to meet with Niel today but he was unavailable and i spoke to the Manager of the shop. i hope Hello Peter can help me resolving this please
