Lost a Customer

This order was placed, paid and to be delivered 11:45

12:10 I received a call to say order is delayed and will be delivered at about 12:30

At 13:20 I had to follow up only to hear the delivery vehicles are all broken down. Whilst on the phone the delivery is done. Not even fresh! Have Famous Brands or Steers management ever eaten fries that is an hour and forty minutes old not to speak of the sauce that sets into this delicious dried out bun. My R 70 bucks order will probably not close down Steers aw sorry 53 rand with 17 tip but be sure that this will be the last sent from me.
