Long wait for order and food was not right

<p>I have ordered by Steers @ Lifestyle Centre,</p> <p> </p> <p>I waited for almost 2 hours for my food, after receiving the food, I asked the driver if it is cold i want to send it back, and he garunteed me that it won't be cold,</p> <p> </p> <p>After starting to eat, noticed that the chips was night right, Ice cold, and not fresh chips, and the burger falling apart, half of a tamato on it,</p> <p> </p> <p>I use to order every 2nd day but will not order from them again.</p> <p> </p> <p>Had to phone 3 times to follow up and they couldn't help me, COULDN'T even find my order,</p> <p> </p> <p>and worst part is, i am 5Kilometers from them and the driver will go to the farest place to deliver first.</p> <p> </p> <p>Ordered at 12 o clock and receive it around 13:40 - 13:45 </p> <p> </p>
