Long delivery wait. Wrong order upon arrival.

Not sure if Steers is under new management, but their service has turned to complete bullsh*t.

I ordered food at 7:55pm online. Our food took 45 minutes to be delivered and on top of it we received the wrong order. I immediately called Steers and spoke to the manager and he said "Oh, I only see it says VEG on the slip now. Will send a driver to collect the beef burger and give you the veg burger" ... How did they prepare an order without checking the slip?

It's now 9:47pm and I'm STILL waiting for my meal. I phone back and ask what's happening, the manager said he's waiting for the driver and the driver will come with my meal soon.
