Local is not lekker

The type of service one receives when ordering online. I placed my order at 18h29 and it is now 20h30 and my order (#***3)has not been delivered. When I call Protea Glen they don't pick up. It is annoying to think that black service is becoming worse each day and we expected to be supportive and tip when this is what one gets. When I order at Randburg, even when there is a delay, I am called and notified. That is the least that Protea Glen steers can do, notify that they cannot deliver so one makes alternative plans.
