Linda- Steers Bothasig's Worst.

So my housemate and I just spoke to Linda at Steers Bothasig. OMG is she rude. It's like she is waiting for a customer to yell at on the phone. We only called because everytime they deliver our food via Mr D It's always messy and poorly packaged, everything out of the box, mixed with sachets and all. So we the customers just called to asked nicely if we can please have our food packaged properly this time. She went off her rails. Telling us that we should be telling g Mr D about that. And speak to the driver. I mean really? Then she kept on speaking over us, while we are trying to explain that we have guests and it would be nice just to have clean packed food. She is so cheeky, so rude and has absolutely no customer service training at all. I don't understand why steers still has people like this. Anyway. Will be waiting for the food to arrive in good order. Wow, unbelievable. Unfortunately we had to drop the phone on Linda because of her pathetic attitude to customers.
