Lemon and Herb chicken ordered HOT chicken received

I visited Tokai store this evening and ordered a full chicken meal Lemon and Herb flavour.

When I got at home at about 21:40 ready to dish the chicken looked great but unfortunately it was not lemon and herb.

I called the store to inform them about it but the automated response said that they already closed. I then called the customer care line but unfortunately they were closed as well.

I didn't have a problem eating the chicken as I like hot foods but I have a 5 year old daughter and a pregnant wife who stays away from hot food during this time.

I enjoy steers just a pity my family could not enjoy it tonight.
