Left Hungry

On 31 December I stayed at Protea Hotel Roodepoort for the night, Having arrived in the evening I used my mobile app and ordered a meal from Steers Florida Junction Order Number ***6 at 20h11 to be delivered to my hotel which was accepted on the app and I paid online for it. After waiting almost 2 hours I tried calling the store to find out where my order was but could not get through as the phone just rang. I ended up going to bed not eating that evening after a tiring day of travelling. I left early the next morning and called the store on the 2nd January to find out why I never received my order.. I spoke to the manager Albert who told me that sorry the driver was too busy and could not get to the delivery.. Can he send the order now!! 2 days later!! I was long gone from there.. not even a call to say they can't make it!! I then requested a refund and up to today they have not contacted me and haven't received no refund!!!
