Had a bad experience with Polofield based on card payment… your bank said it was unsuccessful and my bank said it was successful. After your store management not being worried in the least to do client care and treat me like one… I was also told I should not slander steers and say it was *****. My bank called it that, so its the term I used. Your manager also decided to tell me that I’m an auditor and should know the need for your due diligence in stores. I never told him I’m an auditor. Snooping in my Facebook is also uncalled for. It’s irrelevant if I’m an auditor or not… I’m a client that should be treated like one!! I will never tell any of my Customers half the things I have been told by this Colin …. It did not defuse the situation, it made it worse!! Learn how to deal with clients!!
