LAZY *********** STAFF

To whom it may concern<br> <br> I had placed an order with [URL Removed] as per order *** and received the confirmation email from them at 20:27 and said the order would be delivered in 45 minutes as I am only about 10 to 15 min away from the restaurant but due to my car being broken at the moment, I didn't have transport to go collect the food myself and I was hungry as I take medication twice a day due to suffering from a medical condition and have to eat when or after taking the medication.<br> <br> An hour later the food had not arrived yet and so I decided to phone Steers Kromboom in Crawford and they told me that the store is closed already and that the drivers were no longer available to deliver my order.<br> <br> So I asked why my order was not delivered as they could have done so by informing the driver the moment my order was confirmed at 20:27.<br> <br> They didn't even have the decency to inform that my order would not be delivered.<br> <br> This is unaceptable and if this the case then the orderin / steers should not be doing business together and for all i care they can close steers kromboom down as well.<br> <br> Orderin offered me a R50 disc on my next order and steers still owe me R53.90.<br> <br> BAD SERVICE!!!
