Laying a complain

I came to steers to buy food which I bought when Im supposed to pay the lady took me to the self service machine to pay there and she gave me slip when I comebck to collect she tells me my order doesn't show on her system but I showed her my message from bank to say money was deducted they then tell me I should go to the bank to get statement I called customer service spoke to Bafana whom he told me I should pay again Im typing this message sitting in the store waiting for my food noone is taking notice of me so please help Im at protea glen mall steers
