Late order and bad customer service

Placed an order via telephone. Order was delivered an hour 30 minutes later and it was ice cold. Called the call centre and spoke to some lady the service over the phone was very bad. The store manager called back and she just said “ sorry bra ya ka” like it was just a simple thing. Steers Wonderpark is the worst even the leadership there is bad
