Late delivery that is incomplete

So i order meals for my family there online. Waited over an hour for the food to be delivered, when it finally arrived and my kids are all excited we realise the order is incomplete. Imagine the time we waited and now we have to go to the shop late at night. Had i known this i would hv went there n not bothered n wasted my time with delivery.
