late delivery

I had to cancel my order since I waited for more than an hour for it, called the store and was given the run around. I was told the driver has been out and the lady who answered my call promised to call me back immediately she just had to call the driver and find out what was holding up, 15 minutes later there i was calling her back myself to find out what was going on only to be told the driver was not picking up the phone. So I canceled the order
